Tuna Steaks, Sweet & Sour

  1. Set rice to cook according to package instructions.
  2. Chop peppers and onion; set both aside in separate bowls.
  3. Heat oil in large, non-stick skillet over medium heat; add onions and tuna.
  4. Brown tuna, about 3 minutes per side.
  5. Add pepper, salt, juice from the pineapple, vinegar and sugar.
  6. Also, add pineapple and peppers; cover.
  7. Simmer 7 minutes.
  8. Blend orange juice and cornstarch into a paste; increase heat.
  9. Stir into tuna mixture until sauce thickens.
  10. Serve tuna and vegetable mixture over rice.
