Easy Lemon Chicken Breast Recipe
- 6 skinless chicken breasts (boneless, even nicer)
- Lemon pepper
- Garlic salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. lemon juice diluted with 1/2 c. water
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
- Put chicken breast in a single layer, close together, in suitable pan.
- Sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic salt.
- Put Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix atop breasts.
- Pour on oil slowly; then pour on lemon juice-water mix, slowly.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- This recipe can be halved or possibly doubled - adjust liquid measures.
