Orange Scramble Egg

• 1 navel orange
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 tablespoon scallion, chopped
• 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• salt

1. peel orange, separte into pieces.
2. heated, oiled pan, add orange pieces.
3. when orange oftens, add the seasoned and beatneed eggs.
4. serve with parsley on top.
