Spicy Marinated Mushrooms

  1. Wipe mushrooms clean.
  2. Combine all other ingredients except garlic and parsley.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour over mushrooms and add the garlic.
  5. Stir well to combine and coat.
  6. Place the marinating mushrooms in a container with tight lid.
  7. Chill for at least 12 hours, shaking or stirring if your lid isn't tight enough.
  8. The longer they marinate the better but serve within 4 to 6 days.
