Royal Crabmeat
- 6 cups potatoes, mashed
- 3 cups crabmeat, flaked
- 1 12 cups medium white sauce (your favorite recipe)
- 34 cup breadcrumbs, buttered
- parsley
- Line casserole with mashed potatoes; bake in 400* oven 10 minutes, or until slightly browned.
- Fill with combined crabmeat and white sauce.
- Sprinkle with crumbs and return dish to oven for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley.
