Sauteed Pea Tendrils

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic; cook until golden, about 2 minutes.
  3. Discard garlic.
  4. Add butter, then pea tendrils.
  5. Cover; cook just until wilted, stirring often, about 5 minutes for pea tendrils or 2 to 3 minutes for pea shoots.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
