Luf'wadag 666 Patties Recipe
- 6 Farm Fresh Large eggs
- 6 jiggers Tabasco sauce
- 6 red chili peppers
- 6 sm. scallions with stems
- 12 sourdough bread slices
- Leaf lettuce
- 6 tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 6 sm. skin-on potatoes, pre-steamed
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Raw goat cream
- 6 slices goat cheese
- Tomato
- Chop and mix all ingredients.
- Use raw goat cream (soured) as needed to blend all ingredients and form patties.
- Use flour to keep from sticking on hands.
- Toast golden both sides in skillet (low heat), heat slice of goat cheese over each pattie.
- Serve on sourdough bread (skillet toasted) with leaf lettuce, tomato, and dressing.
- Serves 6.
