Chile Rellenos Casserole
- 8 oz Shredded Mexican cheese
- 8 oz Sharp cheese
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 5 large Pablano peppers
- 2 salsa casera (small can)
- pre heat oven to 325
- roast peppers, place in towel to cool.
- remove skin and seeds.
- grease casserole dish
- mix eggs, flour, milk, Chile powder,garlic powder, cilantro flakes, cayenne pepper to taste.
- spread layer of cheese in dish.
- place layer of peppers on top, repeat ending with cheese on top.
- pour egg mixture on top
- bake 45 min.
- or until knife comes out clean,
- top with warmed camera sauce.
