Mushrooms Barcelona

  1. Melt butter with oil.
  2. Add mushrooms, saute over medium high heat until just tender.
  3. Add walnuts, sherry, lemon juice and citrus peel, cook 1 minute.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley; season with salt.
