Lo Cal Grapefruit Velvet Fluff Recipe
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. low calorie lime-flavored gelatin
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (16 ounce.) can grapefruit sections, liquid removed & diced, reserve liquid
- 2 c. nondairy whipped topping
- Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
- Add in sufficient water to reserved grapefruit liquid to make 1 c. liquid; stir into gelatin mix and refrigeratetill slightly thickened.
- Fold whipped topping into gelatin.
- Mix in grapefruit.
- Spoon into 6 or possibly 8 individual dishes and refrigeratetill hard.
