Lo Cal Grapefruit Velvet Fluff Recipe

  1. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
  2. Add in sufficient water to reserved grapefruit liquid to make 1 c. liquid; stir into gelatin mix and refrigeratetill slightly thickened.
  3. Fold whipped topping into gelatin.
  4. Mix in grapefruit.
  5. Spoon into 6 or possibly 8 individual dishes and refrigeratetill hard.
