Easter Basket

• 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
• 1 pkg. (10-1/2 oz.) JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows (6 cups)
• 1 pkg. (13 oz.) fruit-flavored sweetened rice cereal (about 8-1/2 cups)

1. Line 2-1/2- to 3-qt.
2. bowl with foil, extending foil about 2 inches beyond edge of bowl.
3. Lightly grease foil; set aside.
4. Place butter in 4-qt.
5. microwaveable bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
6. Microwave on HIGH 45 sec.
7. or until butter is melted.
8. Add marshmallows; stir to coat.
9. Microwave 1-1/2 min.
10. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
11. Microwave an additional 4 min., stirring after 2 min.
12. Add cereal; mix well.
13. Place cereal mixture in foil-lined bowl; press firmly onto bottom and up side of bowl to form thick shell.
14. Let stand in cool dry place at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
15. Remove cereal shell from bowl, using foil handles.
16. Carefully peel off foil.
17. Fill shell as desired.
