Hand-Held Asian Salad

  1. Soak rice paper sheets in warm water 1 min.
  2. or until pliable.
  3. Pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Combine salad greens and vegetables.
  5. Spoon 1-1/4 cups salad near one edge of each rice paper sheet; top with 1/4 oz.
  6. won ton strips.
  7. Fold in opposite sides of each rice paper sheet, then roll up burrito-style.
  8. Refrigerate up to 1 hour.
  9. For each serving: Plate 2 rolls with 2 Tbsp.
  10. (1 oz.)
  11. dressing.
