Tom Sawyer Farm Favorite Fresh Peach Pie Recipe

• 2 c. fresh ripe sliced peaches, sprinkled with lemon juice
• 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. peach jello
• 4 tbsp. cornstarch
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. warm water
• 1 baked pie crust
• 1 (8 ounce.) Cold Whip

1. Mix cornstarch, sugar and jello together.
2. Add in water.
3. Cook till thick (may use microwave).
4. Cold till very thick.
5. Fold in peaches.
6. Pour into baked pie crust and pile high.
7. Top with Cold Whip.
8. Chill.
