Chicken Rosemary Potatoes Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 475 degrees.
  2. Spray pan (jelly roll) with oil.
  3. Spread potatoes on pan and spray with oil.
  4. Bake 15 min.
  5. While baking, mix garlic minced well with rosemary.
  6. Place 1/2 tsp.
  7. under skin of each breast.
  8. Salt and pepper chicken to taste.
  9. Add in remaining garlic-rosemary to potatoes.
  10. Place chicken, skin side up, on jelly roll pan.
  11. Spray all with oil.
  12. Bake 15 min more or possibly till chicken is done.
