Chicken Rosemary Potatoes Recipe
- 3 pound potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch pcs
- 4 chicken breasts, boned with skin (8 halves)
- 1 tbsp. dry rosemary
- 4 cloves garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Spray oil
- Heat oven to 475 degrees.
- Spray pan (jelly roll) with oil.
- Spread potatoes on pan and spray with oil.
- Bake 15 min.
- While baking, mix garlic minced well with rosemary.
- Place 1/2 tsp.
- under skin of each breast.
- Salt and pepper chicken to taste.
- Add in remaining garlic-rosemary to potatoes.
- Place chicken, skin side up, on jelly roll pan.
- Spray all with oil.
- Bake 15 min more or possibly till chicken is done.
