Dria's Creamy Chicken and Stars
- 1 cup diced carrot
- 3 celery ribs, diced
- 1 green onion, diced
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 114 12 ounces chicken stock
- 1 12 lbs chicken breasts
- 116 ounces of stelline pasta
- 4 tsb butter
- 12 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1 cup water
- 1.
- Combine chopped veggies, 2 tsb of butter and diced chicken into pot with salt, garlic and pepper.
- Saute over high heat until chicken is almost done.
- 2.
- Add in stock, cream and rest of butter and bring to a boil.
- 3. reduce heat to simmer and add pasta.
- 4.
- Cook until chicken is done and until pasta is soft to desired constancy.
- add water if needed during cooking.
