Madame's Bluefish Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Line a 9 x 13 pan with buttered foil.
  3. Lay fillets side by side in pan.
  4. Sprinkle lemon juice and dill over fish.
  5. Spread mayonnaise over fish 1/4-inch thick.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over mayonnaise; top with buttered bread crumbs.
  7. Bake at 30-40 min depending on thickness of fish.
  8. Fish is done when it flakes.
  9. Can be served with lemon wedges or possibly lemon butter sauce.
