Earl's Grocery's Castro Sandwich (The Cuban)
- pork roast
- 1 lb deli ham, shaved
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 8 hoagie rolls
- mustard
- pickle, slices
- Spice roast however you like and cook in crockpot for 8 hours on low.
- Shred pork.
- Slice your hoagie rolls, lightly butter and toast cut sides.
- Build your sandwich with all ingredients.
- Melt a bit of butter in the pan, and toast sandwich with a weight on top (I used cast iron skillet with can on top) to press it down like a panini.
- Slice and enjoy!
