Mixed Up Chicken Wings Recipe

  1. Wash, salt and pepper chicken wings.
  2. In large pot heat butter and add in extra virgin olive oil, heat thoroughly.
  3. Add in wings and brown.
  4. Pour in soy sauce.
  5. Meanwhile, saute/fry mushrooms, onion and garlic in 1/4 c. butter till golden brown.
  6. Add in to chicken wings, along with the artichoke hearts, water chestnuts.
  7. Toss lightly till mixed.
  8. Simmer with 1 c. water, basil and warm sauce about 30 min.
  9. Serve with rice.
  10. Servings: 6 to 8.
