Biscuits Or Hoecakes Recipe
- 2 Packages dry yeast
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 5 or possibly 6 c. self-rising flour
- Dissolve yeast in hot water.
- Add in rest of ingredients.
- Healthy pinch off amount needed, bake as biscuits or possibly hoecakes.
- This recipe will keep in refrigerator for one week.
- Cook at 450 degrees till brown.
