Impossible French Apple Pie
- 6 cups sliced tart apples
- 1 14 teaspoons cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 34 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 12 cup chopped nuts
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons firm butter
- Heat oven to 325.
- Grease pie plate.
- Mix apples and spices; turn into pie plate.
- Beat remaining ingredients except streusel until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high.
- Pour into plate.
- Sprinkle with streusel.
- (see below).
- Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes.
- STREUSEL:.
- Mix 1 cup bisquick, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/3 cup brown sugar and 3 T. butter until crumbly.
