Grilled Portobello Mushrooms/ w Crabmeat Stuffing
- 4 Portobello Mushroom caps/ stems removed
- 1 6 oz. can White Crabmeat, drained
- 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup 4 Cheese Mexican Blend Cheese
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 Jumbo Eggs
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Dill Seasoning
- 1 Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Olive Oil, for basting
- Mix all ingredients, except mushrooms.
- Pre heat oven to 350.
- On medium heat, grill mushrooms till almost tender, basting with olive oil.
- While grilling mushrooms, bake stuffing until heated, about 20 minutes.
- When mushrooms are almost done, stuff with stuffing mixture.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and grill until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
