Grilled Potatoes Con Queso

  1. Spray non-stick cooking spray on 24-inch sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  2. Spread potatoes evenly onto foil.
  3. Add 3 ice cubes to packet.
  4. Fold edges of foil up and over to seal.
  5. Place packet on grill.
  6. Cook, covered, 25 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning packet once.
  7. Carefully open foil packet; top with cheese sauce.
  8. Toss lightly to coat.
