Easy Delicious Pork Teriyaki Rice Bowl
- 100 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 1 tsp Katakuriko
- 1 to 2 leaves Lettuce of cabbage
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp each Mayonnaise and sugar
- 2/3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 bowlful Plain steamed rice
- Season the pork with salt and pepper (not listed) and dust with katakuriko.
- Mix the ingredients.
- Finely julienne the lettuce or cabbage leaves, and put on top of the rice.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork.
- Add the combined sauce ingredients.
- When the sauce has thickened pour everything on top of the rice and lettuce or cabbage to finish.
- I tried this with thickly sliced pork belly also.
- It's more filling and great for bentos too.
