White Bean & Sausage Stew

  1. Cook sausage, carrots and celery in hot oil in medium saucepan until sausage is evenly browned and vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.
  2. Add flour; mix well.
  3. Cook 1 min., stirring constantly.
  4. Gradually add broth, then milk, stirring after each addition until well blended.
  5. Add beans and dressing mix; mix well.
  6. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
  7. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
