Spicy Shrimp Salad
- 120 each uncooked large shrimp (21 to 30 count), peeled, deveined
- 4-1/2 cups DURKEE Hot Sauce, divided

- 1-1/2 gal. frisee lettuce
- 1-1/2 gal. spring lettuce mix
- 3 cups KRAFT Blue Cheese Dressing
- - red onions, slivered

- Marinate shrimp in 3 cups of the hot sauce (or in 2 Tbsp.

- Grill shrimp on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
