Scalloped Potatoes And Ham Recipe

  1. Cook onion and pepper in butter till soft.
  2. Blend in flour, stirring constantly.
  3. Add in lowfat milk and seasonings and cold till smooth and thickened.
  4. Stir.
  5. Add in cheese and remove from fire.
  6. Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick and put in 1 1/2 qt baking dish and cover with ham, then the sauce.
  7. Cover with finely crushed potato chips and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min.
  8. Serves 6.
  9. 355 calories per serving.
