Easy Rocky Road Ice Cream Recipe

• 3 c. whipping cream
• 3/4 c. chocolate flavored syrup
• 1/2 c. sweetened condensed lowfat milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 c. Kraft miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 c. coarsely minced walnuts
• 1/2 of 6 ounce. pkg. (1/2 c.) miniature semi-sweet chocolate pcs

1. In medium mixing bowl combine whipping cream, chocolate syrup, sweetened condensed lowfat milk and vanilla; apply tight cover.
2. Freeze for 2 1/2 hrs or possibly till partially frzn, stirring after the 1st hour.
3. Beat the partially frzn mix with an electric mixer on high speed till soft peaks form.
4. Mix in the miniature marshmallows, minced walnuts and miniature chocolate chips.
5. Turn mix into a freezer container.
6. Apply tight cover; freeze about 4 hrs or possibly till hard.
7. Yields 1 1/2 qts.
