Okra noodles and cheese
- 1 1/2 lb okra, sliced
- 15 1/2 oz canned diced Italian tomatoes
- 4 oz sliced ripened olives packed in water with sea salt , Lindsay Naturals
- 3 1/3 oz Korean flat noodles
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 15 1/2 oz of canned diced potatoes
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- Heat oil in pan add okra
- Let cook for about 5 minutes add potatoes liquid and all add olives liquid too stir well let simmer five minutes add tomatoes add noodles.
- Let cook till noodles are done about 3-4 minutes remove from heat add cheese
- Serve and enjoy if you cant get Italian tomatoes just add oregano and basil a pinch of each, if you can't get olives in water drain the olives add quarter cup water..if you can't get Korean flat noodles use ramen.
