Greek Salad
- 2 1/2 Cucumbers, Seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 pints Cherry Tomatos
- 1/2 Thinly Sliced Red Onion
- 1 Red Pepper, Sliced
- 1/2 cup Calamata Olives, pitted & halved
- 1 1/2 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil (to taste)
- 1 Splash vinegar (to taste)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley(dried)
- 1 Salt & Pepper
- Mix together all ingredients & refrigerate for 2 hrs.
- Mix once more & Serve!
