Pineapple Ham Steaks (Oamc)

  1. Mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, butter, mustard, garlic, and paprika.
  2. Place ham steaks in freezer bag, seal, label, and freeze.
  3. To serve: Allow ham to thaw in the refrigerator (mine took about 24 hours).
  4. Remove ham steaks from marinade and discard marinade.
  5. Grill steaks until done.
