Tuna Cakes

• 1 cup fresh breadcrumb
• 6 12 ounces tuna in water
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 12 teaspoon mustard powder
• 14 teaspoon salt

1. Drain tuna.
2. Add all ingredients and mix well.
3. Spray a pan with cooking spray.
4. Heat pan on stove.
5. Shape mixture into patties and cook on both sides until browned.
6. (I make the bread crumbs in a food processor using fresh bread.)
7. Also you could add finely chopped onion.
