Instant No-bake Cheesecake

  1. Beat room temp cream cheese till completely smooth.
  2. Add Eagle Brand a little at a time.
  3. With crust nearby, add juice, mix thoroughly but quickly.
  4. Pour into crust and refrigerate until set (1/2 hr or less).
  5. Top with cherry pie filling, or other filling of choice.
  6. Best chilled for several hours.
  7. Serve in small wedges, or eat the whole thing yourself!
