4th of July chicken, or anytime

  1. Mix the glaze add butter and hot sauce to a pot bring to a simmer.
  2. Add the File.
  3. Turn down low and stirring constantly let it incorporate well it should thicken a bit set aside.
  4. Get your grill hot
  5. Make the spice rub and put on the chicken.
  6. Put into a zip lock bag.
  7. Grill the chicken
  8. When chicken is about done add some of the glaze.
  9. Take off the grill add more glaze.
  10. Serve hope you enjoy!
