Kebabs
- 1 1/3 lb Black Angus beef 85/15
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp chives oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp saffron flower
- 1 tsp Cavender's, All Purpose Greek Seasoning,
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- Mix all ingredients take skewers that have been soak in water for an hour
- Take two skewers form around the skewers a long patty of meat
- Take to the grill I use either nonstick or oil on the grill surface so meat wont stick
- Turn as needed so not to burn cook till done I used a spatula till it was able to firm up then turn till done
