Quick protein breakfast

  1. Pre heat oven 375
  2. Spray muffin pan with olive oil, place Canadian bacon in muffin pan
  3. Add 1 ea egg to each bacon piece
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Bake for 12-15 min - depending on how well u like eggs cooked
  6. Top With Cheese & scallion
