Quick protein breakfast
- 8 Canadian bacon
- 8 eggs or egg whites
- 1 salt & pepper
- 1 Sprinkle of cheese
- 1 chopped scallion
- Pre heat oven 375
- Spray muffin pan with olive oil, place Canadian bacon in muffin pan
- Add 1 ea egg to each bacon piece
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Bake for 12-15 min - depending on how well u like eggs cooked
- Top With Cheese & scallion
