Hawaiian Chicken

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Coat chicken with flour and shake access flour off.
  3. Cook chicken and onion in pan until onion is translucent and chicken is lightly browned.
  4. Set aside chicken and onion in a baking pan.
  5. In pan mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice, italian dressing, and mustard.
  6. Let com to a boil and simmer on low for 10 minute.
  7. Add pineapple chunks.
  8. Mix and pour over chicken.
  9. Bake at 325 F for about 40 minute.
  10. Serve over rice.
