TAZO Cucumber White Biscuits

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Use pulsing action to process flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and contents of filterbag in food processor until well blended.
  3. Add butter; pulse 10 times or until mixture is in pea-size pieces.
  4. Add buttermilk; process until dough pulls away from side of work bowl to form ball.
  5. (Dough will be sticky.)
  6. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness on lightly floured surface; fold in half.
  7. Roll into 9-inch square.
  8. Prick with fork.
  9. Cut into 9 (3-inch) squares.
  10. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheet.
  11. Bake 12 to 15 min.
  12. or until golden brown.
  13. Remove to wire rack.
  14. Cool slightly.
