TAZO Cucumber White Biscuits
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 filterbag TAZO Cucumber White Tea
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) cold butter, cut up
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Use pulsing action to process flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and contents of filterbag in food processor until well blended.
- Add butter; pulse 10 times or until mixture is in pea-size pieces.
- Add buttermilk; process until dough pulls away from side of work bowl to form ball.
- (Dough will be sticky.)
- Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness on lightly floured surface; fold in half.
- Roll into 9-inch square.
- Prick with fork.
- Cut into 9 (3-inch) squares.
- Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheet.
- Bake 12 to 15 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Remove to wire rack.
- Cool slightly.
