Vegetable and Peanut Pitas

  1. Spoon yogurt into strainer lined with damp paper towel or cheesecloth; place over small bowl.
  2. Refrigerate 10 min.
  3. Discard drained liquid.
  4. Combine vegetables in medium bowl.
  5. Add yogurt and all remaining ingredients except bread; mix well.
  6. Spoon into pita halves just before serving.
