Amazing Glaze

• 12 cup pomegranate juice
• 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 12 cup whole cranberry sauce
• 12 cup orange marmalade

1. In a small saucepan, combine the first three ingredients and simmer.
2. Stir in cranberry sauce and orange marmalade.
3. Whisk until dissolved.
4. Remove from heat, and brush onto desired meat.
