Pineapple Cookies
- 4 cups flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice for glaze)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 2 -3 teaspoons pineapple juice, from canned pineapple
- 1.Pre heat oven to 350F Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

- To prepare cookies, sift flour,salt,and baking soda together and set aside.Beat butter and sugar until light.
- Add eggs; beat until well combined.
- Add pineapple, vanilla, and flour mixture.
- Mix well.
- Drop by heaping teaspoonful on pan.
- Bake for 12 minute.

- To prepare glaze, beat butter until smooth.Slowly add powdered sugar and pineapple juice 1 TBL.
- at a time until glaze consistancy.
- Spoon over cookies while still warm.
