Lettuce Salad with Sticky Natto Dressing
- 80 grams Lettuce (any type)
- 1 Your choice of vegetables (anything)
- 1 pack Natto (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Here are the ingredients.
- I also used a red bell pepper that I got cheaply from the market.
- Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and soak in cold water for about 20 minutes to crisp.
- Prepare any other vegetables.
- I sliced the pepper into thin strips.
- Use a knife to pound the natto to break up the beans.
- Add the soy sauce and mix it in.
- (If you bought chopped natto, you don't have to pound it.)
- Mix in the sesame oil.
- Lastly, mix in the vinegar
- Blot the lettuce dry with a paper towel and arrange on a plate (with any other veggies).
- Pour the natto dressing over it and it's done.
