Lettuce Salad with Sticky Natto Dressing

  1. Here are the ingredients.
  2. I also used a red bell pepper that I got cheaply from the market.
  3. Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and soak in cold water for about 20 minutes to crisp.
  4. Prepare any other vegetables.
  5. I sliced the pepper into thin strips.
  6. Use a knife to pound the natto to break up the beans.
  7. Add the soy sauce and mix it in.
  8. (If you bought chopped natto, you don't have to pound it.)
  9. Mix in the sesame oil.
  10. Lastly, mix in the vinegar
  11. Blot the lettuce dry with a paper towel and arrange on a plate (with any other veggies).
  12. Pour the natto dressing over it and it's done.
