Quinoa Tabbouleh

  1. Cook the quinoa following instructions on the pack and leave to cool
  2. Serve the quinoa on top of a bed of salad leaves and top with the chopped ingredients.
  3. Cover with the oil & balsamic dressing and a squeeze of lemon juice.
