Pineapple Melon Colada Martini

• 2 ounces melon liqueur
• 1 ounce Parrot Bay coconut rum
• 2 ounces pineapple juice
• pineapple slice, garnish if desired (optional)

1. Shake ingredients in an ice filled shaker and pour into a chilled martini glass.
2. Garnish with a pinepple slice if desired.
