Creamy Pesto-Shrimp & Rice

  1. Cook and stir peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min.
  2. or until crisp-tender.
  3. Add shrimp, garlic and lemon juice; cook and stir 2 min.
  4. Add cooking creme; cook and stir 2 min or until heated through.
  5. Serve over rice.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley.
