Creamy Strawberry Stuff

• 8 ounces frozen strawberries (or frozen fruit of your choice)
• 6 -8 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 14 cup apple juice

1. Put all ingredients in blender.
2. Pulse until fruit is processed.
3. Blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy.
4. Serve immediately; otherwise, put in the freezer.
