Artichoke Dip

  1. Blot artichokes dry on paper towels.
  2. Chop into small pieces.
  3. In medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, blending well.
  4. Stir in artichokes.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  6. Stir before serving.
