Pepperoni Mozzarella Sticks
- 2- 1/4 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
- 23 cups Milk
- Flour, For Flouring Your Work Surface
- 8 ounces, weight Block Of Mozzarella Cheese, Cut Into 8 Sticks Or Substitute 8 Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
- 32 slices Pepperoni
- 1 Tablespoon Butter Or Margarine, Melted
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Pizza Sauce For Dipping
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- Put Bisquick and milk into a medium sized bowl and stir until a soft dough forms; beat 30 seconds with spoon.
- Place dough on a floured work surface; gently roll the dough in the flour to coat.
- Shape into a ball; knead 10 times.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thick.
- Cut into eight 6x2-inch rectangles.
- Roll each rectangle around 1 piece of cheese and 4 slices of pepperoni.
- Pinch edges of the roll to seal it and also seal ends.
- Roll it on your work surface to completely enclose cheese sticks.
- Place the rolls seam side down on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Combine butter and garlic powder.
- When you pull the rolls out of the oven, brush the butter mixture over the warm rolls before removing them from cookie sheet.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
