Pepperoni Mozzarella Sticks

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Put Bisquick and milk into a medium sized bowl and stir until a soft dough forms; beat 30 seconds with spoon.
  3. Place dough on a floured work surface; gently roll the dough in the flour to coat.
  4. Shape into a ball; knead 10 times.
  5. Roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thick.
  6. Cut into eight 6x2-inch rectangles.
  7. Roll each rectangle around 1 piece of cheese and 4 slices of pepperoni.
  8. Pinch edges of the roll to seal it and also seal ends.
  9. Roll it on your work surface to completely enclose cheese sticks.
  10. Place the rolls seam side down on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  11. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Combine butter and garlic powder.
  13. When you pull the rolls out of the oven, brush the butter mixture over the warm rolls before removing them from cookie sheet.
  14. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
