Buttermilk Mayonnaise

  1. Soak gelatin in 1 tbsp.
  2. cold water.
  3. Dissolve over hot water.
  4. Mix together mustard, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp.
  5. water until smooth.
  6. Combine all ingredients except parsley and blend well.
  7. Chill until it begins to thicken.
  8. Beat gently until smooth; stir in parsley.
  9. Turn into a jar and cover.
  10. Chill serveral hours.
