Gingerbread-Spiced Pear Dessert

  1. Prepare gingerbread batter and bake as directed on package; cool completely.
  2. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
  3. Beat dry pudding mixes, cinnamon and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  4. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP.
  5. Layer 1/3 each of the gingerbread, pears and pudding in 3-qt.
  6. bowl; repeat layers twice.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  8. Top with remaining COOL WHIP before serving.
