Boysenberry Pie Supreme Recipe
- 5 c. Boysenberries
- 9 x " unbaked pie shell
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Spread Boysenberries in unbaked pie shell.
- Stir lowfat sour cream and combined sugar, flour and salt together, mixing well.
- Spoon over berries, spreading to edge of shell.
- Sprinkle top with 2 tsp.
- of sugar.
- Bake at 450 for 10 min.
- Reduce heat to 350 ; bake 30 min more or possibly till topping is lightly browned.
- Cold at room temperature; serve fresh.
